Partial Payment for Cash on Delivery
Orders
Customers opting for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method are required to pay a minimum of 10% of the total order amount at the time of order placement. This partial payment is mandatory and non-refundable in cases where the customer decides not to accept the product due to personal preferences or dissatisfaction. However, customers may request a return or refund in instances of product damage or delivery of an incorrect item, subject to verification and compliance with our return policy.
Customization
- If customization order value is below Rs. 1999/- then, the customer cannot request
Cash on Delivery. - If customization order value is above Rs. 1999/- then, customers can request Cash On Delivery. In this case, we take 10% of the product price in advance.
What's the general shipping time?
General shipping time for products like Wall Clock, Wall Arts, Wire Art etc. are sent within 2-4 working days. Customize orders can take 5-7 working days.
We just use reputed courier partners such as FedEx, Delivery etc. national deliveries.
Our goal is to ship the product as much as possible but, depending on the size of the product and Delivery place, it changes from 2-10 times from transport. Smaller products are sent within a day, tracking information is offered to customers when the item is sent.
